Held multiple positions in the Rental Assistance department as I was promoted fairly quickly through the organization due to my diligence, work ethic, and ability to adapt quickly. Currently working as a Lead 2 for special projects which include but are not limited to:
● Managing invoice submission
● Review of documentation for application processing
● Leading a small team that processes applications to be sent for review and payment approval which would include 1:1 meetings with team members to resolve procedural gray areas or unique situations.

● Scheduling appointments over the phone and in person.
● Validating insurance and creating a breakdown of benefits for PPO insurance
● Having general knowledge of dentistry in order to explain dental health plans
Unfortunately I was eventually laid off due to outsourcing the majority of my duties to a call center.
