As the Regional Director of Admissions I oversee 3 regions under the Corporate Diector or Admissions. I helped in Buffalo, Hudson Valley. And Queens. I am to make sure the policies and procedures of rhe Admission dept are followed by all teams. I would hire and fire personnel. It's my job to make sure teams.are running and producing at all times. Census is priority at all times. Creating a great work place for my.team to flourish and have trust in their leader.
• Work Duties:
It is my job to monotor all censuses and and even help push of a building fell behind. I have no problem helping the team as I always believe teamwork is what makes the system work. I have a great system of Admissions that is fail proof and has built any building up to numbers that's profitable and sustaining.
• I would have to make sure all teams were in compliance with Admissions protocol. Examples: policy and procedures are being followed, Admission agreements are up to date in each building, and Create avenues to help bring in Admissions and build Censuses up.
• Work with other depts and corperate leaders to have the best possible system and flow to help maintain census.
• Conduct weekly meetings with Adminiators to also go over census/ facility issues.
• Run and calculate reports to ensure the Admissions system is in compliance such as answering refs in 0-10mins, audits for Admission. Agreements, audits and rounds to uphold a standard of clean and admission friendly enviornment.
• I would.cover Admission directors when they were off sometimes up to multiple buildings. I would answer referals up to all 6 buildings even.
• Helped obtain and maintain contacts and relationships with hospital personnel. I am a great leader and make a huge impact on anything I put my skills too. Building census is my talent and finding the right team is My dream.
