Built an indoor pool, new restaurant and bar. Renovated rooms. Developed an additional office tower. Moved offices to the front of the building. Standard constructions for this hotel. Worked closely with the engineers and the design team.

●Total of 10 thousand square feet.
Developed a new building, from the ground up. Single story. A portion of the suite was separate. Executed in construction and development. Worked closely with the architects and engineers. 8 thousand square feet went to the social security office. 2 thousand square feet went to a separate suit for renting.
