My passion for the culinary arts has grown professionally in different experiences. Thanks to my skills in stock management, the development of healthy menus, compliance with hygiene standards and team supervision, I was able to ensure quality cuisine and satisfy our customers. My last position as a Cook allowed me to take over the management of the central kitchen while developing healthy menus for our customers.
