American Campus Communities is pleased to offer you the position of Maintenance Technician - Cullen Oaks at Cullen Oaks - Houston, TX contingent on the successful completion of the background and pre- employment drug screening process.
In your position you will be reporting to Jose Pereira, Maintenance Manager . Your anticipated start date for work is 5 September, 2023. This is a Full-Time Non-Exempt (Hourly) Position. The financial portion of your offer is comprised of the following components: 1. Pay - $18.00 in Hourly Pay - is the amount you will receive per hour worked for this non-exempt position per bi-weekly pay period.
2. Benefits - You will have available to you all benefits currently provided to full time employees, subject to eligibility as described in the Company’s Employee Handbook and Benefits Guidelines. American Campus’ benefits are administered in accordance with the provisions of the Affordable Care Act. As required by our Company’s policy, employment with American Campus Communities is ‘at-will,’ meaning both you and the Company have the right to terminate your employment. Therefore, this offer is not to be considered a contract, either requiring or guaranteeing employment for a specific duration. If the terms of this offer letter are acceptable to you, please complete the following BEFORE 3 September, 2023:

Once you accept this offer and complete the electronic authorization, you will receive an email from **********@*******.*** with instructions on how to complete your drug test. You will have three (3) full business days to complete your drug test after the email is sent. We encourage you to call ahead to confirm hours of operation for the recommended drug test facility. On your first day with American Campus, you will be required to complete the I-9 process. To fulfill this federal identification requirement, you must bring documentation to support your identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
