Work as a traveler. First contract was to serve Davita, Sacramento, CA. After end of six weeks contracted, was offered a full time position to join Davita as full time regular staff RN.
2009-2012: Acute dialysis RN / Area Charge RN with Fresenius Medical Care
In charge of six hospitals, schedule and manage 20 RNs, render hemodialysis treatment in
those hospitals. Meet medical director with regional director, discussed the treatment outcome, and any incidents that need to be addressed each month; provide hospital our policies and procedures, meet JACO and compliance issues.
2009: Took the challenge to work as area charge RN in acute dialysis with Fresenius Medical Care.
2008: Resigned with Mercy Merced Hospital to travel for Davita.
2007: Relocated to Merced, CA, worked with Mercy Merced Hospital in MED/SURG, occasional floating when needs arise in TELE, ICU. Travel, support clinic from Atwater to San Jose for Davita.
