Ensure meat cases are stocked with high-quality product, ready to be displayed and pleasant viewing for members to select to their choosing. Ensure cases are clean, checking and verifying expiration dates and discarding products of lesser-quality and/or exceed use by date. Provide friendly costumer service and attention to members. Wash and sanitize the entire meat room and floor every night, along with other weekly tasks such as cleaning the cases where product is displayed to ensure cleanliness and pleasant viewing, when needed.

Disassemble all machines for nightly wash and sanitize and left to dry overnight.

Scan and dispose of all boxes and trash properly.

Makes sure products are always rotated and displayed properly for satisfactory costumer pleasure.
