Educate the clients on their state laws coverage’s, laws, requirements
whether it’s to look over their current and past Insurance policies for gaps, wrong coverage amounts, endorsements, and ect.
Kuna School District (August 2006-present)
Working with children of all age that have speech and language disorders. Many of these children have disabilities. Billing Medicaid and talking to parents.
Saint Alphonsus Emergency Room (March 1999-August 2006)
Registering patients in the ER, data entry, and customer service. Signing people up for Medicaid. Filling out paper work. Scheduling people. Resolving problems between people.
