Responsible for day to day security related operations both physical and electronic for the hospital, nursing home and emergency room. The entire Kingsbrook facility encompasses eight connected buildings totaling approximately 366,000 square foot city block. Supervise a staff of fifty (50) security officers which include supervisors and assistant supervisors. The security staff are NYS licensed and work under a separate company KHS Security which operate under a licensed private investigator / principal. Additional duties included all emergency planning operations and crisis management. Lectures on safety and all orientations of new employees. Liaison to law enforcement, meeting monthly with precinct commanders, attending community meetings, meeting with local politicians, discussing safety and strategies. Oversee two large parking lots for approximately four hundred vehicles.

Manage all security operations and transportation services for the entire network consisting of four (4) nursing homes encompassing 670,00 square feet, four (4) senior housing complexes, twenty-seven (27) managed care locations throughout the metro New York City area and Westchester County, total square footage of the managed care site encompass 250,000 square feet. Supervise eighty-five (85) security personnel and an extensive electronic surveillance system.
