TEST PROGRAMMER - Responsible for PCB (Printed circuit board) writing software codes that controls automated testing equipment to verify the functionality and quality of a PCB by running specific test on the boards, identifying potential defects, and ensuring it meets design specifications. Worked on site and remotely from home. CAM OPERATOR- Used computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software to prepare the design files for a "bare board". On a board without any electronic components. Worked with GCA software, Valor Genesis. Communicating with expeditors organizing jobs in company’s factory dispatch. Travel to deferent TTM tech sites and speaking to Technicians and customers resolving any data issues. Editing data and working with customers to meet their specs. Work deferent times of the day and nights to meet customers’ satisfaction. PLANNER - Printing all blueprints and travelers that specifies all steps, process notes and special customer request.
PCB REPAIR- Performed PCB repairs with a soldering iron and a Flucke 87V industrial digital multimeter. By finding defaults internally and externally. Sending emails to frontend and backend with cross a sections sample (A small sample of the board that has been cut and carefully prepared to expose its internal structure) to let them know the type of default the board has. Used oracle software (A tracking software system) to transfer and monitor job locations. Operate SMT pick and place machines and operator using MES, Microsoft word Excel and master control software.
TDR TEST- Worked on test performed using a "Time Domain Reflectometer" which analyzes the electrical characteristics of signal traces on the board by sending a pulse signal and measuring the reflected waves.
PCB STENCIL PROGRAMMER-Responsible for a software tool that creates the design for PCB stencil essentially defining the precise locations and sizes of openings (apertures)on the stencil where solder paste will be deposited onto the PCB, ensuring accurate placement of the components during the surface mount assessment process.
