AIM & OBJECTIVES

Increase production by using the safe operating procedure and cycle time loading measures which accelerate and provide efficient and incidents free production during and after shift hours.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Identify fault through equipments control panel and pre-start check skills ( walk around checks) and risk assessment procedures to identify and report hazards to prevent incidents which may cause low production.

DUTIES : pit works, attend PSI, perfom pre start checks on the equipment,take part of JOB HAZARDS ANALYSIS (JHA) and Risk assessment periot to start, Fresh mining, Oxide mining, ore & waist mining, butter trimming, dropping new ramp, building win rolls around an open face bench, mine according to the surveyors TBM and also operates dump trucks from pit to rom pad and waist dump,Excallating high walls, Act as leading hand when the need arise etc.

2.CONSTRUCTION AND EARTHWORKS

DUTIES : Trimming walls, taking floor level, clearing bushes, objects lifting, trucks loading, spreading out dredged materials, connecting metal pipe (male & female pipes) whilst dredging, make a specific degree of sea defense etc .
