(d) ExxonMobil Hebron Project: For three years on the multibillion Hebron Topside Project of Exxon Mobil, successfully negotiated several subcontract terms and conditions, which directly flowed down from the Prime Contract following company policies. Negotiated and managed more than a hundred purchase orders, and service agreements. Managed post-award activities for subcontracts, contract obligation follow-ups, written notices, amendments, change orders, contract renewals, and responses to, and negotiations for the complex contractor and company claims. Also, I managed a major Subcontract for transporting the topside from South Korea to Canada.
