Setup and Configuration on new TWS environment 9.4.x to 10.2.x Troubleshoot in various TWS client existing environment starting from UAT to complete production down issues

Troubleshoot during fresh installation of any TWS/HWA component like FTA/MDM/DWC/DA/agents etc

Expertise in handling Security and Roles related issues. And jobs abend/fix and FTA/DA unlink issues, etc.

Initiate bridge and troubleshooting on live call with different companies/clients and co-ordinating through servicenow or salesforce for TWS PMR support.

Creating new APARS in case of any bugs.
