I have a fair knowledge of the globally recognized FIDIC contract and measurement practice with CESMM, POMI, and SMM7. I have over 20 years’ experience in a wide range of Civil engineering and building construction projects in Doha Qatar and Sri Lanka both in Pre and Post Contracts.
