Responsible for all plant functions. Negotiated strategic outsourcing for key components to better facilitate internal assemblies. As the owner I was responsible for all sales, customer service, purchasing, supply chain, scheduling, project management, quality control, sub-contractor vetting/selection, problem mitigation, advertising/marketing and finance.
