Responsible from ground up 2 stories Apartment Complexes, Scheduling with Builder trend Software. Scheduled all sub-contractors, had safety meetings biweekly, submitted RFI, responsible for all inspections, Met all time constraints pertaining each 8 unit building. Turned over key fobs to FPI management and did walk throughs meeting all guidelines for a satisfactory delivery to FPI.
