Role and Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Led the complete construction of a 13-story residential tower, from foundation to finishing, including the management of two basement levels, a mezzanine, and upper floors.

• Foundation and Superstructure: Directed the reinforcement and concrete casting of the raft foundation, ensuring the building's stability and compliance with seismic safety standards.

• Structural Elements: Supervised the installation of columns, walls, slabs, and core structures to ensure compliance with international safety and quality standards.

• MEP Integration: Coordinated with the MEP teams to integrate electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems seamlessly into the tower's design, ensuring that all services met project specifications.

• Fit-Out Management: Led the finishing stages, including block work, painting, flooring, ceiling installation, and the integration of MEP services.
