●Developed the plan for replacing traditional TDM (Time Division Multiplex) voice switches with next generation softswtches because of End of Life/End of Support issues and maintenance issues with the current switches.
●Developed the plan for the installation of over 100 next generation gateways and 50 Call Feature Servers (Metaswitch and Genband C15) associated with the Federal Communications Commission Stimulus Fund to accelerate broadband build-out to Americans living in rural areas that currently have no access to robust broadband infrastructure.

●Working with Alltel counterparts to ensure transfer of circuits and accounts from Alltel to Windstream as a result of the Wireless/Wireline split.

●Operations Coordinator for AT&T's Disaster Recovery Program. I created e.spire's Network Disaster Recovery Plan in accordance with AT&T requirements. As a result of my coordination, a highly successful Disaster Recovery Exercise was completed in Kansas City, MO.
