Role: Lead/Senior QA Analyst

California based customer experience company providing wide range of services aimed at helping business create transformative digfital experience. These services are tailored to meet unique needs of various industries including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, home builder and technology.

Responsibilities:

-Led QA efforts for various applications/websites ensuring high-quality releases through rigorous testing methodologies.

Responsibilities:

-Led and mentored cross-functional QA teams, both onshore and offshore.

-Collaborated on high-level project estimates and managed resource allocation across multiple offices.

-Complete ownership of the QA for new features and maintenance of the mobile applications for Bed Bath & Beyond- US – Buy Buy Baby, Bed Bath & Beyond- Canada on both iOS and Android platforms.

-Worked on release activities of the new features for the iPAD App

-Responsible for timely QA delivery of Native Apps for Canadian business, thus adding additional revenue stream and providing the best experience to manage registries for the Canadian registrants.

Bose Corp, MA July 2014 to March 2016

Role: Onsite Co-ordinator/QA Lead

This was a maintenance project which included maintaining of all the Bose internet as well as intranet sites. This was a J2EE based Service Oriented Architectural framework that was the backbone for all web enabling of all B2B solutions from the Dotcom Division at Bose. It hosts the sites www.bose.com, www.bose.ca & other internal sites. These sites are based on a Proprietary architecture designed by Bose. Apart from these, other additional regional sites across the globe like New Zealand, Australia, and Mexico etc were also being supported. Support being the primary focus of this project initiative, the other notable activities under this was testing the enhancements to the sites, testing the existing issues, testing the promotions and the product launches on the Bose sites. The Bose sites for US and CA were also supported on the mobile devices. Worked as a QA lead for several projects managing a team of offshore as well as onsite resources.

Played the role of an Onsite Coordinator and QA Lead- working in the onshore and offshore model handling a team of 7 offshore QA resources.

Creating the test strategy, test plans for several complex projects and functionalities
