Workday Data Integration services for HR
Description: Workday is a system of record for HR applications. This project aims to analyze data residing in workday to get a better understanding of their customers. The DISHR will enable development, execution and governance of integration flows connecting any combination of on premises and cloud based processes, services, applications and data within HR which are used to access and analyze this data and also provide accurate insights to help make the right decision.

• Responsible for designing Architecture for end to end data flow
• Extraction, Transformation and loading of data from Source files toTarget database based on business rules using IICS Data integration services.
• Created and monitored the IICS jobs using Autosys and the logs were studied to modify the mappings to obtain correct results from the Transformation.

Workday- AIOPS - IICS Cloud Application Integration Description:
Workday is a human resources (HR) and financial management
(financials) system built for large businesses to use in the cloud. It has large number of EIB integrations and reports which are specific to each HR functionality. The workday integrations, jobs and Report failures need to be captured of all HR products. The failures need to be transferred from Workday Raas to AIOPS API using IICS Cloud Application Integration
Responsibilities:
• Build end –end flow from extracting data from Workday RaaS reports to AIOPS using IICS CAI service connectors, Application connectors, Process.
• Coordinate with end users to understand the project requirements
• Performed Impact analysis to estimate work and created high and low level design documents for ETL projects.
