I have worked in customer service for a total of 16 years with many reputable companies and 10 years in the higher education field. I am a fast learner, adapt to change very quickly, thrive in stressful situations, stellar work ethic, team player, self starter, very ambitious, critical thinking, attention to detail, one call resolution mindset, and challenging calls I love because those are opportunities to show off my customer advocate skills.
