Contracted: Construction Manager

Oversaw the installation of piping systems and boiler equipment for the Michelin MX2 plant in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. Duties were inspecting and certifying welders for welding on the project.

Ensured everything was installed to design and standards: boilers, heat exchangers, chillers, vacuum system, and Hyd. Skid for presses and oversaw the 30* cooling water—the expansion cooling water system—and fire protective systems.

Smart Fabricators of Texas 2020 – 2021 Construction Manager

I worked on the Golden Ray salvage project in Brunswick, Georgia, in Saint Simons Sound. Installed 17 lifting lugs weighing 84 tons over 650,000 feet of weld using flux core. Was responsible for keeping time records, ordering supplies, and supervising 35 craftsmen. Completed with no accidents or injuries with over 100,000 man hours.

NTI Offshore LLC. Mobile, Alabama 2019 – 2020 (Piping Superintendent)

My duties were fitting pipe onboard the USS Woody Williams Command ship. Upgrading the ship piping system for engine cooling and potable water system. Also, following safety standards and quality standards for ABS.

Bowden Project Management –Houston, Texas 2018-Present (Sr. Construction Manager)

My duties were offshore and in shipyards, including onboard surveys to verify that gauging reports were correct. Producing detailed work packages, including field drawings of piping systems and structural items for fabrication and installation. Producing work packages to send out to contractors for quotes. I schedule all work packages from the shoreside, receive bids for quotes, and oversee the project cost and quality while the project is engaged until completion.

Offshore Inland – Pensacola, Florida – 2017 through 2018 (Pipefitter Foreman)

My duties were overseeing the Jack-up Nanda repairs and upgrades. I managed all personnel onboard, recorded time for all personnel, and provided direction to all personnel. The scope of work was installing a 3rd mud pump in the lower hull and running all piping to tie in with insisting piping systems. Installed a new emergency generator and reinforced the sub-structure for a unit. Sea fastening jack up to heavy lift ship took it to Gabon, Africa, and completed all piping and welding.

Also, my duties afterward were in Alaska to work on a newly built ship, tying in all piping systems.

Vice President of Operations and Engineering – TKO – Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche Mexico 2015 to 2017
