1. Report any abnormal conditions or delays promptly to the Facility Director and keep Customer Services Representative informed to communicate effectively with customers, Inspect and maintain equipment regularly.
2. Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all hospital facilities and equipment. 3. Service and replace old or faulty equipment. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions 4. Expertise in Licensing Commissioning to Plant Machinery along with spare part, Asset utilization enhancement & implement the best practices to reduction Water consumption and energy Consumption. Knowledge of power system, HT / LT, VCB, ACB, MCCB etc. Coordination with the concerned department for Facility upkeep & Maintenance of the following scope:
1. Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil work (Painting, Plastering, Flooring, false ceiling, waterproofing etc.) Medical gases (Manifold gas plant), Carpentry, plumbing solutions, Air-conditioning Lifts / Elevators. 2. Monitoring & maintaining to lead all Maintenance activities for module manufacturing at Renew with a focus on cost reduction and optimization utilization of Machines. a) Ensure electricity is supplied, distributed & Maintained appropriately to all identified areas.
b) Ensure that it is safe & is monitored for usage & Backup of electrical supply for critical areas. Responsible for maintenance of all mechanical devices/ equipment/ machines related to support in Repair, Modification, Lubricating and Replacement & service repair, upkeep & minor maintenance of hotel/hospital vehicles (Ambulance, Ambulate & Company Cars). Look Complete maintenance & engineering Activities with project & ensure smooth all function of maintenance of Building with utility service, maintain all PPM & Breakdown Management with PM. Maintain and distribute a system of electricity, water, gas, stream Bio Medical Management etc.
a. HVAC & Electrical Systems Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upgrading of HVAC systems for optimal climate control.
