The duties that a bagger is expected to complete is, making sure that the store and the floor is clean and free from spills, maintaining the bathrooms, making sure that there are enough carts inside the store and not outside, and taking care of damaged and misplaced products. I have been doing this for nearly 3 years, and I have a bit more tasks than everyone else as I am the lead bagger there. One of the extra tasks that I have is to train other baggers. I have trained over 15+ baggers and I often spend my whole shift and more time if necessary, making sure they understand everything. Another extra thing that I do is make sure that we still have supplies. I personally make sure that we have enough supplies to last for the week and through holidays. There are many other things that I have done that was outside of a standard description of a bagger such as, installing new dispensers in the bathrooms, and completing long and proper searches for out of place items in the store.
