The Kaggle dataset includes comprehensive attributes of URLs categorized as either legitimate or phishing. It utilizes key features like URL length, domain characteristics, and suspicious keyword presence. Analysis employs both supervised (Decision Tree, Regression, Neural Network) and unsupervised (clustering) techniques.

Exploratory analysis validated clustering models at an 80% sampling rate, ensuring stability in identifying clusters of potentially malicious URLs. Supervised predictive analysis identified the B3D6 model with 93.33% accuracy, effectively distinguishing between safe and harmful URLs.

The developed models automate the identification of malicious URLs, strengthening cybersecurity efforts by enabling proactive threat mitigation, data protection, and regulatory compliance in digital environments, while future research could focus on advancing techniques like ensemble learning and feature selection for enhanced detection capabilities across varied digital landscapes.
