If you are going to be absent or late for work, you must contact your timekeeper and/or someone in the Safety Department between 7:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M. You are required to do this each and every day that you will be late or absent. Contact information for the appropriate people to call is listed below.

You will have to provide the person you contact with all of the following information:

Regardless of what yard or location you may work at, you must contact one of the above people only during hours specified above. If you fail to do this, your personnel record will reflect as being an unexcused absence.
