I have worked in a multitude of atmospheres from paper mills, power boilers, paint manufacturers, chemical refinery, food grade, nuclear, oil field to offshore construction. I started in the Gulf at age 18 as a rigger and worked my way up the ladder to be a welder trainee at Beaird Ind. at age 21. At age 23 I became a 1st class pipe fitter/fabricator. By the age of 25 I decided to pursue pipe welding and became a combo welder welding in every position and multi-metals with MiG stick short arc tig on pipe and boiler tubes as a tube welder. While I prefer to stay close to home, I have no problem traveling for work.
