While running this company I designed, marketed, built and shipped competition quality radio-controlled sailplanes all over the globe. Our state of the art composite aircraft were built to exact specifications to meet the demands of competition flying. I had to break into an established market while also keeping abreast of design innovation to construct our product. In just eight years I became one of the best designers in the world.

I am an accomplished problem solver with many years of experience solving problems other people sometimes did not even know they had. When I meet people for the first time I am able to break down walls and make them feel comfortable working with me.
