PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Develop detailed design, SOW, BOQ, TOR and tender documents based on conceptual engineering, operational requirements, prescribed standards and project management principles for engineering design and construction projects. Participate in techno commercial contract evaluation and vendor selection.

Interface management with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and coordinating contractors, suppliers, consultants, ministries & agencies to eliminate conflict with external stakeholders.

Define execution strategy, project plan and establish milestones in line with PMO procedure to ensure project needs & department goals. Manage in-house supervision of construction & design contracts by monitoring and reporting as per project management plan. Directing and motivating project team.

Closed out EPC Project of value about $500 million on behalf of client, liquidated project punch list and amicably settled all claims and disputes within FIDIC framework.

Lead the task force team to expedite and complete scheduled works(backlogs) within planned(rescheduled) timeline without any LTI.

Review and finalization of preliminary and detailed design of process plant.

Completed techno commercial evaluation of bids and recommended for award after seeking all hierarchical approvals within 3 months.
