KS is a host-based backend application that does all the major processing for revolving credit (Visa and AMEX) and Line of credit accounts. It interacts with other internal and external applications to accomplish the various activities related to a revolving credit product such as process transactions, print statements etc.
Involved in various projects in this application that includes Major Application Development and Enhancements. Recent changes include migration of VISA and AMEX accounts to TSYS platform and adding a new Insurance Plans for Credit Cards and LOC Products, Setting-up new promos, Installment plans for customers for payment (SLICE), awarding tiered structured points (2x,3x,4x) for eligible customers, migrating Student Credit cards to Regular cards, APR and PBP rate changes, automation for Cross Product Switches and Sub-Product Transfers, BIN number expansion, creating/dispatching new Statement Messages etc.

While opening a Retail account, the demographic details of the customer are captured with the type of account. The Account Number is then assigned to the customer.
