●CIF Security Systems: Controls access to CIF-ISM. Reviews Financial Liability Investigation for Property Loss (FLIPL) for accuracy. Annotates deficiencies and returns to the initiator for corrections if necessary. Posts FLIPLs and Statement of Charges (SOC) to CIF-ISM property book. Forwards completed documents to managers and initiators and files copies.
●CCDF: Central Clothing Distribution Facility, Reviews DA 1687's, Assumption of Command orders, and user access forms for accuracy. Annotates deficiencies and returns to the initiator for corrections if necessary. Files DA 1687's, Assumption of Command orders and FH Form 25-29E. Completes within 5 days.
●Conducts Semi-Annual Inventory: Conducts location survey and inventory semi-annually. Ensures location changes are posted to the CIF program. Ensures causative research is conducted on any items which do not meet the $500 limit. Ensures the total allowance for each FY. Location survey is completed within one week.
●Posts Warehouse Requests and Turn-Ins: Posts signed warehouse orders and turn-ins as well as signed soldier OCIE records and files documents. Completes within 3 days.
●Clears Discharge Report: 'Reviews Discharge Report in CIF-ISM. Works with supply personnel to reduce the number of soldiers on the Discharge Report by turn-in, FLIPL, and/or SOC. Under 500 soldiers on the report at this time. Down from over 1000.
●Safety and Security: Insured work areas are maintained in a clean and orderly manner at all times. Makes spot on corrections and reports all problems to the PBO.
●Received "no findings" for the past 10 years when Inspector General Inspection occurred.
●Maintains 100% accuracy of OCIE records. Almost 10,000 soldiers.
