OUR HIRING PROCESS AND WHAT TO EXPECT

Welcome to Centerline! Our team of dedicated recruiters is here to help you find driving jobs in which you can excel. To do so we have put together a hiring process with several steps. Each step is intended to help us learn more about you, both as a person and a driver.

During the hiring process, you will be asked to fill out several forms. To retain copies of any forms, print them as they are being completed, or ask your recruiter for a copy. Below you will find more information on each step of our hiring process:

My Information – Great news! You’ve already completed this step by submitting your application. Our recruiters will use this information to verify your work history.

My Interview – We want to meet you! We’ll schedule a quick interview that will take no more than 15-20 minutes.

My Paperwork – This set of forms are what allow Centerline to hire you. These forms will be reviewed by our Compliance team. On average, this section takes anywhere from 30-60 minutes to complete.

Let’s Go – In this step you’ll review Centerline’s policies, procedures, and expectations. On average this section takes 20 minutes to complete.

Hiring Decision – During this step we will make an employment offer, and we hope that you accept the position. We can’t wait to get you behind the wheel!
