Greetings,

I am currently seeking a remote part time contract position in the architectural design field. My experience includes working in this discipline for over 25 years while teaching and developing curriculum in higher education. During this time frame I have worked in private industry as an engineering design/architectural contractor & consultant. This has allowed me to gain a certain perspective whereas I can truly appreciate time on task and productivity from a company’s viewpoint. I have been working with REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, numerous 3D rendering programs as well as additive technology for my entire career both in the educational and private and public/industry sectors. My specialization is in small to large residential new construction and renovation design; however, I have worked on several projects in the structural, electrical, and mechanical detail design field as well. I have designed over 25 homes, two small commercial buildings that have been constructed as well as three churches. I am very proficient even on a part time contract basis. I have also helped two different companies develop proprietary additive technologies that allowed them to set themselves apart from their competitors. I have also set up additive workflow standards that have helped industries and educational institutions save time, materials and resources in day-to-day operations. Combining these skills and attributes along with 25 plus years of 2D and 3D design utilizing top parametric solid & BIM modeling software, allows me to be both efficient and diverse in my skill sets.
