I make charts when surgery team bring patience to the floor, also I make door tags and I call doctors for the nurses and also scan important papers for medical records. Make assignment for staffing in the morning and report it to the staffing department.

PCA3, and I draw blood, blood sugar, order of draw, blood culture, assist nurses in dressing change for the patient. And assist patient with daily living. Dangle patient after their procedure. Pericare and also I do vitals on a daily basis I document on epic I feed patient that can not feed themselves.
