This summary is being written for the court, attorneys and all parties involved. Mr. Steele has attended 8 visitations. The visitation have taken place at Chuck E. Cheese Victorville Ca. Mr Steele doesn’t appear to be on any substance abuse while attending visitations. Mr. Steele greets the child inside of Chuck E. Cheese with a warm hello. The minor is quiet most of the time, she does respond when Mr. Steele asked her questions. Mr Steele plays games with the minor.

Mr. Steele and the minor talk about school and activities. Mr. Steele has offered to help the minor with her homework if needed. Mr. Steele purchases food and a drink for the minor at each visitation. Mr. Steele purchased shoes that the minor picked out. Mr. Steele’s 3 other children also attend the visitation. The minor has not made any comments to me about the visitations, when I ask her if everything is ok. The minor states that everything is ok. COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

Mr. Steel uses child friendly language when speaking to the minor. Mr. Steel is verbally respectful towards the minor. PHYSICAL SPACE:

Mr. Steele shows respect for the minor's physical space. Mr. Steele allows the child to initiate games and he participates. UNDERSTANDING CHILD”S DEVELOPMENTAL STAGE;

Mr. Steele has appropriate expectations of the minor’s abilities. Mr. Steele understands the impact of their behavior on the minor. Mr. Steele separates himself appropriately at the end of the visitation. Mr. Steee tells the minor goodbye and I love you.
