Directed strategy and operations for delivery on new product and services revenues, resulting in an annual doubling of firm revenues, as well as awards from Inc Top 500 and BBJ Fast 50 (2016-23).

Worked with Board to develop portfolio and product technology plans, including for MedData (sold to IQVIA), Demand Science and ScienzAI on-line media. Directed patent and SOC2/ISO 27001 due diligence.

Set strategy for B2B demand generation product suite, including global SaaS infrastructure, bidding exchange and self-service data portals. Led due spin-off of healthcare targeting platform to IQVIA.

Designed and delivered cloud-based revenue intelligence products, utilizing service on an AWS tech stack. Platform developed utilizing GoLang/React Native, Python, TensorFlow and Hugging Face ML models, as well as AI/ML models and Snowflake cloud data and Hivebrite Community.

Recruited by PE/Board to audit all systems and data for their performance, scalability and compliance, leading to transformation business plan across medical compliance content and commerce offerings.

Led digital transformation across all internal and acquired assets, leaning and migrating customer processes and migrating onto common data repositories with secure API-based access.

Drove product design and development for new product offerings, including automated clinical credentialing mobile app, medical certifications, and pharma trial administration, along with SaaS portal and integration services for partner and acquired technologies.

Led business design and hosted platform development for FinTech orchestration platform, providing rules-based management and repository of processes to Fidelity and external firms.

Set strategy for client process orchestration and fulfillment product line, servicing clients as Fidelity, Wells-Fargo, Wachovia, VMWare, COLT Telecom with 1200-person global development and services team.

Built out global infrastructure and security/back-up apparatus for the analysis and transformation of such processes as real-time concurrent transactions, order-to-book framework, and fulfillment process LEANing.

Launched BPO partners in US, EMEA and Asia and negotiated multi-year client engagements to transform business processes on XTRAC platform. Also directed custom integrations with Fidelity groups.

Directed product strategy and execution for first SaaS hospitality/event bookings and inventory system, servicing the ecosystem of hospitality inventories, travel portals and meeting/event planners

Responsible for strategy and P&L for SaaS suite that automated group travel inventories and bookings onto a common platform, integrating inventories of Marriott, Starwood, Hilton, Amadeus and travel portals.

Designed and launched first SaaS meetings portal on co-located infrastructure, enabling meeting planners and travel portals to bid and book meetings, and to specify such meeting spec elements as room layout.

Led product functions in preparation for technical design and execution, including customer roadmapping, feature prioritization and UI/UX development.

Proposed and managed M&A integration with Board, and worked with strategic partners SFDC, SAP and Amadeus on standard integration API’s.
