Lead Warehouse Associate

Nike - January 2021 to Current

Back up to 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor

Work with upstream and downstream people and processes to meet customer expectations Continuously improve plant performance through process improvements and lean methodologies Initiate and implement continuous improvement activities Hands-on leadership of daily operations including workflow scheduling, monitoring productivity and quality, production process troubleshooting and all other activities required to ensure on-time deliveries and 100% customer satisfaction
