Act as confidential administrative assistant in the executive department, managing the CEO’s calendars & schedules, screening callers and arranging appointments, meetings and conferences, as directed.

Performs routine duties independently, setting priorities and scheduling work as per established and general policies & procedures requiring regular interpretation.
