The Atos led project was for porting forty-year-old Cobol code running on an IBM mainframe to AWS. After reviewing the code and technical parts, I realized that I knew that I could also work on development.
●Test Plan and Test Case Document creating and maintenance.
●Tested Cobol programs and found the locations where they needed to be updated.
●Wrote an Excel Macro that writes and reads positional data between an Excel sheet and a text file.
●Wrote a Java program for updating each of the Cobol programs as well as JCL located in a Windows folder. The program could look at existing code and make changes according to the rules in the Java Classes.
●Wrote a PowerShell script to locate and move files within a Windows File Hierarchy.

●Built a solution to launch Selenium Scripts from inside of ALM as well as store the results of the UFT run back into ALM. This functionality is not built into ALM.
●Used a combination of .bat and .vbs files to communicate the line command of the Eclipse editor. The solution required to work with UFT Support and Java.
●Upgraded and documented changes in the existing UFT test harness. Provided recommendations based on the overall strengths and weaknesses of the Harness. Coverage was for the overall design down to the details of the library and calling code.
●Was replacing an employee on medical leave so this was a short term project.
