Responsibilities

Monitor the inspection line.

Control Shift production & maintenance task.

Achieve Production Target Shift Wise as per customer demand on daily basis.

Use all budget saving and production line and make to production increase and smooth.

Manager man power as per production plan.

Troubleshoot process problems while production.

Control material flow within department.

Production floor management of its respective departments.

Support operators in production.

Monitor DTMs Working.

Control releasing of final material to next production department.

Plan production schedule in B & C shift.

Check quality problems of B & C shift.

Any other job assigned by management.

Chemical Handling according to MSDS.

Coordinate with Executive & HOD.

Organizing relevant training sessions.

Implement 5s & HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the safe and efficient plant operations, start up and shut down and

troubleshooting of all equipments.

Take charge from outgoing shift operator, read logbook and discuss with supervisor about

any job is under progress.

Take a through round of plant and perform physical monitoring of all plant equipments and

in case of anyabnormality inform to shift supervisor/engineer.

Perform schedule sampling of PASTE, CHIPS, and REACTOR'S, added chemicals as needed and

Recording the testdata for control purpose.

Cutting unit operation and observation.

Change over the pumps and perform strainer cleaning.

Operate heat exchanger such as plate frame and other heat exchanger too.

Perform field data logging.

Furnace operation and observation.

Control water level in cooling tower.

Responsible for maintaining all production and consumption record.

Maintain Proper temperature of condensing and chilled water.

Perform solid waste/ sweep Chips/Oligomers filling in to the bags and
