Resume:

Throughout my **-year career, I have been at the forefront of transformation, showcasing resilience, adaptability and continuous learning while navigating various roles and challenges across the financial, technology, and non- profit sectors globally.

Operations Management:

I led global financial operations at Apollo, transforming critical functions, including Travel and Expense Management, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Treasury Services, Vendor Management, Market Research Data, and Expense Allocations. I streamlined workflows by utilizing automation and digital tools, processing $700 million in invoices, and managing $200 billion in payments. I improved operational efficiency, supporting the firm’s growth from 1,000 to 4,500 employees and assets under management from $250 billion to $700 billion. Corporate Finance:

I directed financial operations at Citi and Amex, leading FP&A functions for global divisions. At Citi, I managed $20 billion in expenses and a workforce of 56,000, providing long-term planning and driver-based models to support decision-making. At Amex, I delivered strategic insights for global payments, card issuance, merchant services, and network businesses, reporting financial results to the CFO. Additionally, I introduced Apollo’s first digital Expense Allocation System, automating the annual distribution of $250 million and aligning financial strategies with organizational objectives.

Business Transformation:

I led large-scale transformation initiatives at Apollo, tripling the firm’s operational scope and establishing global infrastructure, including creating the firm’s first offshore team in India and opening a satellite office in Miami. At Amex, I collaborated with senior leadership to evaluate and implement growth strategies, generating $2 billion in pre-tax income through improved execution and margin enhancement programs. Strategic Planning:

I have driven strategic initiatives to align operations and financial goals with the organizational vision. At Amex, I collaborated with the Vice Chairman to deliver comprehensive business assessments and opportunity analyses that shaped the firm’s trajectory in the US Consumer Business. Additionally, I oversaw the strategic planning cycle for franchises across 23 countries in various capacities, evaluating business units and growth opportunities. Risk Management:

As Chief Operational Risk Officer at Amex, I oversaw operations that managed 80% of the firm’s revenue, implemented frameworks to address $1 billion in compliance issues, and reduced risk exposure. At Apollo, I introduced digital treasury controls and risk management tools and managed $200 billion in payments. My work at both firms emphasized proactive governance, end-to-end process optimization, and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard assets and enhance financial resilience. Generative AI, Digital Innovation & Sustainable Finance: During an 18-month sabbatical in Europe—traveling through 60 cities across 11 countries—I immersed myself in new studies in generative AI, digital transformation, design thinking, and sustainable finance at institutions such as the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard, MIT, Cambridge, and ISEG. My goal was to further equip myself to drive innovation and productivity in various functional areas and business applications. Leadership Development:

Since returning from my sabbatical, I founded FuturoVita, a leadership development practice for mid-career executives in Fortune 100 who seek to enhance their leadership skills through mindset and high-performance coaching. During this time, I earned gold-standard certifications in Co-Active and Positive Intelligence coaching and became an accredited Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and Mindflick Spotlight practitioner. More recently, I launched Coaching Together, a paid community for coaches to grow and collaborate. Operations Management
