Performed any needed tasks, according to a predetermined job scope. This included any needed demolition, framing, sheathing, drywall, door and window installation, painting, trim work, flooring, and general site cleanup. Also coordinated with building inspections as well as electrical and mechanical subcontractors. On-Site meetings with project managers, as well as home or business owners was also necessary.
Leader of one of the on-call teams providing 24-hour service evenings and weekends, including board ups and water mitigation.
Received safety award in 2020.

Performed job estimations, produced the required shop drawings, met with general contractors on site and verified installation conditions, ordered the required materials, and coordinated necessary labor. If necessary, assisted with installations. Did whatever was necessary to meet the schedule dictated by either the general contractor or building owner. Developed several solid relationships as long as the communication was clear and the deadlines were met. Needless to say, meeting those people years later has always resulted with smiles and handshakes.
