Dear Hiring Manager,
I find myself at an exciting time in my life. My husband and I have served together as Salvation Army Officers, me for the last six years, and him for forty-one years! He has decided to take early retirement, leaving me free to pursue employment that will utilize all my experience, education, and skills in a whole new way.
I thrive in a team environment and excel at interpersonal skills and communication. As an administrator it was always my greatest joy to see a team come together and work towards common goals. I loved the opportunity to pour into staff and allow them to become the best iteration of themselves they could be. Watching a staff member grow and become the most capable and confident version of themselves was such a gift to see.
I want to work in a place that is dedicating to making life better for individuals, families, and communities. I have always believed that when you impact one, you impact the entire community.
I look forward to new opportunities and experiences.
Respectfully,
Karen Felton
