Boston Consulting Group (BCG) 5/2019 – present, Manager/Lead Engineer Lead and drive multiple large client initiatives and internal projects in the AI, QA and Security domains

● Established performance testing strategy and framework for InterMountain Health (IMH) to bring mobile “Digital Front Door” to customers during COVID-19. Testing provided confidence for successful broad release the ability to support traffic well beyond expected operational thresholds.

● Led the team performing QA for Digital Front Door effort for Ascension, monitoring the development and quality of delivery of as many as 20 developer pods, each with up to 3 QA engineers. Developed the underlying QA and delivery strategy for the product, analytics and automation for tracking delivery and quality, adherence to standards and engineering performance.

● Led the System Integration Testing effort and modernized the QA methodology with a focus on integration of LLMs for Ford Motor Company. Developed and led the pilot of scenario-based testing processes for two specific vehicle models ahead of expansion to all vehicles. Led a Ford-based team of 100+ testers in a first-ever integrated testing team as part of the program.

● Led technical team developing an LLM driven financial analysis suite for Weatherford resulting in an implementation that realized time, accuracy and cost savings through automation.

● Led AI Incubator program developing AI prototypes for various clients using multiple tools and LLMs

● Led and conducted functional testing and reporting for John Bean Technologies as part of a large program to automate factory floor operations. This included providing inputs to ensure IoT data is being correctly evaluated by automation.

● Developed technical strategy for implementation of a Future of Work initiative at Inmar Intelligence focusing on employee productivity. Strategy led to the reduction of tool and storage, and recommended modernizations of manual processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) are forecast to realize $20-$40 million in savings.

● Designed and developed Azure Cognitive Services based form processing for EndPoint, leading to 20-60x savings in document processing time. Operated proof of concept methodology based on an AI/ML model, laying groundwork for client to scale operations.

● Transformed an ad-hoc manual unstructured testing process into an automated framework for multiple applications for Cargill (industrial meat processing firm), including a digital twin based on an AI/ML based simulation model leading to increased testing automation.

● Provided thought leadership to BCG for migration of diverse on-premises collaboration systems into a single tenant, multi-geographic integrated system based on Microsoft O-365, including a centralized provisioning system.

● Established Agile discipline to a sprawling digital data transformation team for Inspire Brands

● Developed analytics strategy for the Patent and Trademark Office.

● Developed technical architecture and migration strategy for an ERP migration from SAP’s ECC to S/4 HANA for the U.S. Army. Work included IT assessment, platform migration to cloud and digital transformation strategy. The strategy detailed the consolidation/retirement of redundant systems to realize savings of almost $9 billion to the DoD.

● Architected network and server infrastructure for Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for multiple healthcare, energy and financial firms eliminating limited password vault applications. Technologies include CyberArk and Secret Server.
