Present employer, AJFX Corp. hired in march 2024 to build two stores in the Town Center Mall in Boca Raton. One store PANERAI, a watch store was completed with all millwork from Italy November 15 2024 the second store 3,000 Sf. With millwork from Lebanon this week December 13, 2024 this store will be completed and open for business. My employer recently advised me that presently he has no work.
Employer Double P Construction, as a Custom home Superintendent
In Sea Ranch, Florida I built a custom luxury three story 8,00 Sf. ground up to completion. Poured in place Concrete was completed in February 2023. The Homeowner is listed below as an additional reference, I was moved to a Custom Commercial Job in Fort Lauderdale. In two months set up shoring for the roof and I removed a 44’ demising wall 23’ High and installed a 44’ I beam 23’ up with two supporting columns on each side. I had completed all MEP’S that were possible. The job was shut down because of no additional information, Architectural Drawings, Structural Drawings along with additional MEP’S I requested months ago. I requested my employer to let me help with another job, after 30 days of sitting in an empty Warehouse with no information to continue. I was called to the office and was told

Employer, Ark Residential Inc. Sean Tanner 2018 to 2021 Very respected Custom home, Commercial Builder, started with a complete Total interior custom renovation of a 25,000 SF Building, Steiner Green and Feiner I completed renovation In 6 months, proceeded to reface 65’ X 25’ Face completed in 3 months, assisted a Superintendent to complete a home in Hollywood, then Also in Hollywood removed a two-car garage and built a large three car Garage with a custom second floor . I was moved to Fort Lauderdale to assist a Superintendent complete a custom home, on Intracoastal Drive, I was sent to Miami Beach to assist a Superintendent to Complete a custom home. Once I received a CO the builder did not have any work new jobs, I gave him three weeks’ notice and moved on builder had no work.
Employer, Greco Builders 2015 to 2018 built a 12,000 square foot home in Manalapan on the Vanderbilt Golf Course at 95% completion. I was moved to Royal Palm Country Club in Boca Raton to complete two custom homes to Punchout. As the owners wanted a different Superintendent to complete both homes in Royal Palm Country Club.

Wall for the City of Sea Ranch, this was my Job but the last minute. the city requested bonding, which I was unable to obtain, I brought in Contractor who was able to bond the job.
