I am presently working with STAR CEMENTS LTD. MEGHALAYA as Jr. Engineer in Instrumentation since MAY 2023 till date. Job Profile: JAYPEE BELA PLANT, I was a part of the team responsible for successful the Erection

& commissioning of 2.4MTPA Ball Mill with Roller Press (HUMBOLT WEDAG) & ETIL MAKE Packing plant(120*5ton/hrs.) presently looking after the maintenance of the same. I have worked in integrated cement plant with carrying responsibility of shift handling independently from instrumentation side.

During project my prime responsibilities were:

• Checking GA drawing of MCC, PLC I/O panel, Sub control panel etc

• Checking civil foundation as per drawing.

• Erection and commissioning of MCC, PLC I/O panel, Sub control panel etc.

• Installation of field instruments CJB, AJB, FSDB, cable trays etc.

• Cable laying as per cable schedule.

• Erection and commissioning of dampers, actuators.

• Erection and commissioning of weigh feeder, oil & grease lubrication units.

• Erection and commissioning of water treatment plant with RO unit.

• Installation and commissioning Pollution Controlling Equipment instruments.

• Dealing with the contractors for completion of project in time. Job Profile:

(a) Calibration and adjustment of:

(1) Three wire and two wire Transmitter & Transducer (Pressure, Temperature, Flow).

(2) Various Types of Switches (Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Flow, Level, Float, Proximity etc.).

(3) Gas Analyzer (Co and O2)

(4) Dust Monitor (Make SICK)

(5) Weigh Feeder, Belt Weigher, Solid Flow Meter and Weigh Bridge.

(b) Troubleshooting & Maintenance of:

(1) Relay Logic Panel of Lubrication system, Thyristor panel (DC drives), Truck tippler, Truck Loader, Fly ash Loading/Unloading System, Compressors etc.

(2) Bag Dust Collector and Pocket Filter

(3) Close Circuit T.V. Camera

(4) Control Valves & Solenoid Valve (Air, Water, Steam)

(5) Electronic Rotary Packer (Make-car Ventomatic, EEL)

(6) Online bag printing machine (Make- Video Jet).

(C) Worked in P.L.C. up to I/O level (SIEMENS, ABB 410 PROCESSOR)
