EXPERIENCE

May 2021 - Current

Chili’s ( Multiple Locations Chicagoland Area) - Bartender/Server Working at chili’s as a bartender/server I always have to make sure that I'm following direct rules and regulations set by the government for alcohol consumers. That consists mostly of monitoring guest consumption of alcohol, checking identification cards to ensure the guests are of legal age to purchase and consume alcohol, know when to stop serving and be able to calculate BAC levels. Also working in a restaurant as a bartender I also have to make sure that I'm following all of Chili's expectations and meeting them comfortably. I am expected to open or close the bar on whichever shift I'm scheduled and complete all tasks set in place for that shift. I am expected to be able to handle a full bar and take table guests while working under a lot of pressure. Most of all I am expected to provide above and beyond customer service to every guest member that comes into our locations while keeping our work place presentable and clean for anyone who walks in.
