EXPERIENCE
1991-1992
MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER, GROUP TECHNOLOGIES, TAMPA, FL.
• Worked on the mechanical assembly line building assemblies as well as soldering components onto the circuit cards.
• Worked on the Royonic Machine hand placing through-hole components
• Used potting machine
1992-1996
MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER, ATKINS, GAINESVILLE, FL.
• Worked on the mechanical assembly line making thermocouple thermometers
• Used small hand tools to crimp thru-hole components to circuit cards. I also soldered those components to the cards.
1996-2001
MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER, SABINE, ALACHUA, FL.
• Worked on the mechanical assembly line making pedals for guitarists as well as soldering components onto the circuit cards.
• Tested/burned in units
• Used small hand tools including hand power drills
• Inventory
2001-2005
MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER, INVIVO, GAINESVILLE, FL.
• Worked on the mechanical assembly line populating complete circuit card assemblies as well as soldering SMT components onto those cards.
• Ran cards on the SMT machine
• Worked in the stock room
• Inventory

2005-2007
MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER, PARAGON ELECTRONICS, ATLANTA, GA.
• Hand inserted thru-hole components as well as soldered components onto the circuit cards.
• Ran the SMT machine
• Tested/burned in units
• Used small hand tools
• Ordered components from vendors
• Created and entered inventory into software
JANUARY 2007 – CURRENT
ASSEMBLER SR, LOCKHEED MARTIN
• X-Ray circuit cards to look for any discrepancies such as solder balls, solder bridges, voids, etc. under BGA’s, LGA’s, and QFN’s
• X-Ray components with ground pads to ensure correct solder coverage and thru hole components for the solder fill.
• I’ve worked on the special build assembly line building assemblies as well as soldering components onto the circuit cards.
• I’ve reworked cards removing and replacing damaged components. EDUCATION
