Receive, review, edit and track the process of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) received by and within the Quality Management Office. Ensure all SOPs meet Army and regulatory compliance as required. SOPs may include procedures and workflow documents to review as part of the SOP Compliance Audits.

Responsible for Tracking, Reviewing, Revision and Retiring of all SOPs’ and using the correct version number in the correct sequences. Processing SOPs’ Annual reviews for current policies received. Ensure they have the correct signatures are correct for posting to the Institute Intranet (e.g., SharePoint) system within two working days of receipt.

Responsible for a thorough review of a SOP Draft, which includes spelling, grammar, formatting, security markings, accurate and current references. The type and size of document to review within 3-5 working days of receipt. Will provide their comments within the document, via (track changes) for editing/tracking and will notify the QMO Chief of any concerns prior to return to the proponent.

Prepare quality management analysis on reporting of the SOPs’ and recommend corrective action, suggestive language /preventive measures to take.

Input data into the document management system for USAMRICD to include multiple QMO databases for document control and workflow procedures. Systems include Excel, Word, Access, Adobe Reader, and SharePoint.

follow up with the Proponent, as well as Chief or Deputy of QMO when needed (e.g., have not had a response from the proponent), regarding status of documents (e.g., SOPs) that are pending review (initial or final) or approval signatures within 7 days of submission to the proponent.

Responsible for inputting SOPs,’ into the Army Records Information Management System for all areas of the Quality program as required by the QMO Chief or QMO Deputy.

Maintain the document management system for USAMRICD to include maintaining multiple QMO databases for document control and creating workflow procedures. The frequently used systems, Excel, Word, Adobe Reader, Access, and SharePoint.

Administrative Support- assist as a Federal Contractor in its efforts to reach and track large claims appeals settlement agreements.
