● Spearheaded a comprehensive property revitalization effort, leveraging sustainment and capital funding along with strategic partnerships that elevated Wilderness Region to two top resort destinations, resulting in increased guest satisfaction and executive feedback.

● Cultivated a strong safety culture, by leading and inspiring a team of Service Managers and Maintenance Craftworkers to prioritize safety while driving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

● Developed strong relationships with Disney’s Deluxe and Mod-Val Resorts, including executive leadership, department heads, and union representatives, to foster collaboration and drive operational excellence across a large, complex organization.
